The App is completely free for prospective homeowners to register. No connection fees. However, there are different tier of subscription and facilitation charges associated with using the SaaS features by contractors and professionals. We have Basic, Pro, Plus and Enterprise plan packages.

When deciding which professional or contractor to hire, we advise you choose based on the professionalism, ratings as well researching their portfolio. By researching their quality of work and professionalism, you can avoid many problems that might arise in the future.
If you have chosen a professional or contractor, the next step is to sign a written agreement or contract. If you are unsure, of the agreement language, please consult a lawyer before you sign to avoid any issues.
You should always request for an invoice. Not only is this required by law, the invoice protects both parties. The invoice is a proof that the services has been provided. Only with an invoice is it possible to enforce complaint and correct errors.
It’s advisable to ensure all correspondence and documentation tracking the project milestone is done on BuildOVE platform. That way, you have complete control and always in the know of the updates. We do not advise moving the project outside this platform as this is designed to protect both parties. You are advised to check on your clients’ portal and ensure that your project timeline are logged into the app. If during the work you find that errors has been made, you should immediately notify the contractor, who is obliged to fix the errors.
